Bought directly from us? Your subscription lives in your account on this site. Log in below, then open your subscription to pause, update, or cancel.

Log in to your account
Use the email address you placed your order with. If you don't have a password yet, click "Forgot password" to set one up.

Open "Manage subscriptions"
Once logged in, you'll see your active subscriptions on your account page. Click the subscription you want to change.

Pause, skip, or cancel
You can pause (keep your discount, ship later), skip the next order, or cancel entirely. All changes take effect immediately and you'll get an email confirmation.
Cancel your TikTok Shop subscription
TikTok Shop subscriptions are managed inside the TikTok app — not on our website. Here's how to cancel in under a minute.

Open the TikTok app
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to place the order. If you have multiple TikTok accounts, the subscription only shows up on the one that bought it.

Go to your Profile
Tap the
Profileicon in the bottom-right corner of the app. -
Open the menu, then "Your orders"
Tap the
☰menu icon (top right of your profile) → tapYour orders. You can also tap your shopping bag icon if you see one — same destination. -
Find "Subscriptions"
At the top of Your orders, look for a
Subscriptionstab or section. Tap it to see all your active TikTok Shop subscriptions. -
Tap your Caramela subscription
Open the subscription you want to manage. You'll see the next ship date, the product, and your options.

Tap "Cancel subscription"
Tap
Cancel subscriptionat the bottom of the page. TikTok will ask you to confirm — confirm, and you're done. You'll get an email from TikTok Shop confirming the cancellation.

If you're just not ready for your next bottle yet, pausing keeps your subscription discount and lets you restart whenever you're ready. No pressure either way — we're here for whatever works for your routine.
