Your card is charged the day before each shipment, at your plan's discounted price. You'll get an email reminder a few days before so nothing's a surprise. Your discount is locked in for the life of your subscription — even if our prices change.

Pause, skip, or cancel

Anytime, no questions asked. Manage it yourself from your subscription page, or email us at least 48 hours before your next billing date and we'll handle it.

Refunds on subscriptions

If your next shipment hasn't been processed yet, we'll happily cancel and refund it. Once a subscription order has shipped, it's non-refundable — but we can always pause future shipments. Free replacements don't qualify for additional refund claims.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 7 days. We offer one free replacement when this happens. We reserve the right to decline if tracking clearly confirms delivery — but in practice we're flexible.

Can I change my plan or frequency?
Yes, anytime. Head to your subscription page and switch between the monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans. The change applies to your next shipment, not the one already on its way.
What if I get too much product?
Two options: skip the next shipment (free, takes 2 clicks on your subscription page), or move to a longer plan like the 3-month or 6-month so deliveries are spaced further apart. We'd rather you take a break than cancel — pausing keeps your discount intact.
Does my subscription discount stack with other promotions?
Subscriber pricing (10%, 15%, or 20% depending on your plan) is automatic on every renewal. If we run a site-wide sale, you'll usually get whichever discount is bigger — never less than your subscriber rate. Stacking with promo codes isn't supported on subscription orders.
Can I cancel after my first order?
Yes. There's no minimum commitment — even after your very first subscription order ships, you can cancel before the next one is processed. The 90-day happiness guarantee still covers your first order if you're unhappy with the product.
What happens if my card gets declined?
We'll try the charge a few times over 7 days and email you to update your payment method. If we can't process it, the subscription pauses automatically (no surprise cancellation) and you can restart it whenever your card's ready.
