• Save on every order with automatic delivery and special subscriber pricing.

• Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment.

Manage or Cancel Anytime

You can:

• Pause, skip, or cancel your subscription

• Just contact us at hello@caramelabeauty.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped

• If your next shipment hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to cancel and refund it

• Free replacements or refunds are not eligible for additional refund claims

90-Day Happiness Guarantee

Our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Subscription renewals are not covered under the guarantee unless approved by our team.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but wasn’t received, please email us within 7 days. We offer one-time replacements if eligible, but reserve the right to decline if tracking confirms delivery.
