These Mobile Terms of Service apply to the Caramela Beauty text message program (the "Program"), operated by WOH Enterprises LLC, doing business as Caramela Beauty ("we", "us"). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What you'll receive
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Caramela Beauty at the mobile number you provide. These may include product news, offers, cart reminders, subscription and order updates, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies.
2. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in through a sign-up form on our website, at checkout, or by texting a keyword we publish. You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number provided.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. We do not charge for the Program.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

6. Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
7. Privacy
We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms or end the Program at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
